Layoutname: change (B Flat) to Bb

Hello, this has been asked a couple of times, how can I change my Layout name from
Clarinet (B Flat) to Klarinette in Bb? Is there a way to get the proper “b” written into the Layout Name - as music symbol?

Cant you just use the token {@flat@}?

I believe as of Dorico 5, this happens automatically (accidentals in layout names).
