Steinberg sent me some repair patches but they did not work. I have a bunch of .cpr files that do open but no sound and most are saying that ports are “unmapped”. Also when I close the file, the whole thing freezes up and I have to manually close it and start over. I know its old but I have a lot of files…nothing else has changed from when I recorded it all. Same computer, same hardware, same everything. This sucks.

Be aware Cubase LE4 is not compatible with current operating system versions.
Try to trash Cubase preferences.
