Let the Metronome have its own track which can be muted at parts of the song

I’m often wanting to mute a metronome on the last hit of the song or in a cutout section. I have a track with metronome clicks that I can import but I’d prefer use the actual metronome so I can still globally turn it on and off with the click of a button.

Also, with it’s own track, you could also automate the level of the metronome for softer and louder parts of the song.

Ahhh - I missed that - damn - that would have come in handy on many occasions. It’s not exactly the way I was thinking about it, but certainly works well and gets the job done. Thank you.
