Library content fails to move

I have just got a macbook air m1 and have installed everything to default locations. I cant move content using the library it says failed to move. If I change the default path on install I get the same error. The external drive can be written to using normal drag and drop or copy move commands. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction. I’ve searched but to no avail as I don’t know if its mac related or Steinberg related.

the same with me.
is there an explanation/solution?

Same here. It’s the end of 2023, still no solution?

I’ve also never been able to move content to an external drive in the Library Manager. Today, after a while, I tried once again – still fail.
It’s mid 2024 as I’m writing this, still no solution anyone?

i was just about to say the same, i searched online and found no solution so i joined this forum.

I posted a post in the Groove Agent section on my adventures with Media Bay and Groove Agent and the installer on a Mac M2. I believe it’s a permissions issue. For some strange reason, the installer does not work well with new Macs. (Works fine on Windows). Moving/coping the content manually, refreshing seems to work fine. Just be aware of the file paths. I just used the Terminal and chown command to move and fix content.
