Library installations not accessible in Cubase 12 after update

Hi @ all.

I recently updated to 12.0.20 and during that “adventure” Cubase is now not showing me my installed Library content (in right panel - arrange view)

How can I get Cubase to show me the content that Steinberg Library Manager shows me is installed?

“possible” was the right word.
There were no solutions for my problem present in those threads.
There are no updates available
I have re-downloaded and reinstalled everything with Download Assistant and only “EDM Toolbox” is visible in right panel.
Library Manager says my default folder is set and that everything is installed in that folder.
