Library installations not accessible in Cubase 12 after update

I think it’s something from cubase12 since I’ve updated I’m noticing strange performances and one of them is this when I paste a sound library in my main folder I see the folder inside mediabay but without any content, many times the folder doesn’t even come out in mediabay , something strange is that when I see mediabay pressing F5 there is if the library comes out but in rightzone nothing appears. Groove Agent sources not found after upgrade to C12 Pro

Just upgraded to C12 Pro. Finally got thru the Initializing Video Player problem by removing the C12 prefs folder. But now I have this other one, which is failing to locate 5 of my Groove Agent SE sound sources, despite them being in the proper location. Did anyone else get this issue? Issue: Media Bay not showing some folders/files in C11

Hi! I added a bunch of new sample packs to my sound library folder and they don’t show up in Right-Zone Media Bay on C11.0.10. I also tried C10 and they show up fine and can be previewed there. What happens is: the folder shows up in the top view of the file browser, but when clicking on it, nothing shows up in the bottom view that usually is supposed to show the files.
