Library Manager "Has Issues" ?

What does it mean when a library sets have a red icon on the DETAILS strip with the flag " Has Issues" :question: :unamused:

  1. I have removed the library using the Library Manager Remove function
  2. Re-installed from original downloaded files
  3. Message re-appears on all preset libraries again

The bit I do not understand is what is the purpose of the tool if it tells one nothing more than - “has issues” :exclamation: :question:

I have issues with that
