Library manager managed to find the solution

so that library manager can download the sounds of the vst on macbook sequoia I found the solution, here is what to do,
1 open a software like ccleaner
2 go to manage startup and there you have the software that starts with the mac
3 check activate com.steinberg.HALION library installed .heper
4 com.steinberg.silent install
and restart the mac then return to download manager install the sound content in your vst that’s it !!!

You can also just use the “Logon Items and Extension.” I personally turn all that off, even the SB items, because it hasn’t been a requirement for me.

[Addendum 02/21/25]: Note that NOT running the Steinberg Media Logon Items and Extension did indeed keep Activation Manager Updates from installing, even with SDA having proper access. Turning these items on and running SDA worked perfectly, then I’ll turn them off again until next time. Just wanted to add that for any historical references to this thread.

You can register/relocate your vstsounds in Library Manager too.

I’m not criticizing your solution at all, btw. Rock on, and thanks for sharing! I’m just a “learn how to do that yourself” kinda guy. You can also find the auto-launch plist/daemons in:
/Library/LaunchAgents
/Library/LaunchDaemons

Your user has a LaunchAgents folder as well:
/Users//Library/LaunchAgents

Always a good idea to go through those and make sure you know what’s going on with your system
