Licence disappeared

Dorico says no licence found on my computer - I used it yesterday and have been using it for over a year. When I try to enter my code in the application manager it says the code is used by someone else (yes ME). I have contacted the support team but have not had anything back yet. Any help would be appreciated. I am a convert from Finale and now love Dorico

Could you have two different email addresses and have somehow entered one which is indeed yours but not the one you’ve (previously) associated with your Dorico/Steinberg account?
