Frenchy here so sorry if the english isn’t on point.
I lost my activation due to an emergency reinstall of my windows computer, so didnt have the time to save anything.
I can’t find anything related to my license, even on the steinberg website, i really don’t know why as i have bought the UR242 with Cubase 11 and being using it since.
Can anybody help me by searching my account to see if they can retrieve anything ? I have contacted support but they may have too many demands as it already been like one month.

Which Cubase edition do you have (Pro/Artist/Elements/LE/AI)?
If your license sits on the USB-eLicenser, you can just plug the USB-eLicenser in and you are ready to go.
If your license sits on the Soft-eLicenser, go for the Reactivation process.

That’s whats really weird , i have cubase 11 LE AI and everything worked well, but i don’t remember doing anything website related when installing the UR242 sound card the first time.

Then get in touch with your local support, please. They will be able to retrieve your old Soft-eLicenser.
