I upgraded to Windwos 11 and re-installed drivers for my UR242.
Now in Cubase Elements 14 I get the message
NO VALID LICENCES FOUND
GA-Classics
REV-X
In re-installed the software from the original CD, but still the same problem. How do I get these effects licencensed again?
Thanks. I downloaded and installed Basic FX Suite V3.0.0. from that page.
But I don’t see the voucher on My Steinberg Account.
I believe your elicenser needs to be registered in your Steinberg account in order to generate the voucher… did you check that?
Yes I checked that. Basic FX Suite is visible in my eLicenser control center, both in MyLicences and in the USB licenser.
The soft e-licenser # is visible as a licensed device in my Steinberg profile.
There’s 3 vouchers there, all 3 from partner products, but nothing else.
I don’t know how to solve this. I posted the problem on the Steinberg Help Center 7 days ago. I received a confirmation, but nothing else, so far.
I don’t think there’s any way around this other than waiting Steinberg to supply a voucher for you. Do you have the option to call them from your country…ticket support can be painfully slow.
Steinberg mailed me today and gave me a new license. Problem solved!
