When I click on upgrade, I get the report that eLicenser Control Center has stopped unexpectedly and the procedure is aborted. What can I do? Activation Manager says: Verification pending (expires on 2023-12-07)

The eLCC mentioned Cubase 11. I don’t understand. I bought Cubase 10.5 on 16 september 2020. I did nit upgrade to Cubase 11.
