License Download issue

I just purchased the Cubase Elements 7 from http://www.amazon.com yesterday, and it arrived on this morning. after I installed the program and trying to enter my activation code, it told me that “The activation code has been used already.” I’m pretty sure that the one I bought is the new one because when I got the product, It was still sealed.(you can see my pic)
so, what I should do now? Are there anyways to get the new code? or I should return it back to amazon.com.

How did you get the activation code, was it packaged with the product? You should take it up with Amazon, this should not happen with a new product.

Thank you for replied, yes, it was packaged together in the box. When I got the item, it look new and still sealed with the plastic as you can see at my picture.
