Hi, I have a CMC-CH and a CMC-TP, i registered both and redeemed the two copies of Cubase AI that came with them, now im using cubase on my main rig because of the integration with the controllers and would like to set up my laptop with the software for otg recording, but i logged into steinberg to find my second license and it’s gone! It only shows my currently used licence, i had that licence on my laptop pre- win10 formatting so the soft elicencer from that install is gone, but i figured it would be no problem since they always showed up on My Products, does anyone know if this an issue of using two AI copies? What can i do?

Are you sure your old Soft-eLicenser was registered in your MySteinberg account?
