I need assistance with my Nuendo license. I have an open ticket with no response for 11 days (#662406) and, I am trying to call them on the phone daily and, cannot reach them.
The issue is that I made a mistake during checkout and, I need a new download access code or, the current one to be modified.
I selected crossgrade from Cubase 11 pro or older while I have cubase pro 13. I paid more but, that is not the issue. I cannot activate Nuendo 13 with this download access code. It only allowed me a trial period, which has ended. I tried several methods to address the issue even with the old usb e-licenser but, was unsuccessful.
I have been a Steinberg customer for many years and, that is the first time that I tried to contact them. Is it always like this?
