License Help

Hello,
does anybody from the Steinberg team reads these forums?

I need assistance with my Nuendo license. I have an open ticket with no response for 11 days (#662406) and, I am trying to call them on the phone daily and, cannot reach them.

The issue is that I made a mistake during checkout and, I need a new download access code or, the current one to be modified.
I selected crossgrade from Cubase 11 pro or older while I have cubase pro 13. I paid more but, that is not the issue. I cannot activate Nuendo 13 with this download access code. It only allowed me a trial period, which has ended. I tried several methods to address the issue even with the old usb e-licenser but, was unsuccessful.

I have been a Steinberg customer for many years and, that is the first time that I tried to contact them. Is it always like this?

I can’t help you with this issue but it might help to also contact Steinberg via the Refund email address mentioned on this page under Billing and Refunds > Refund instructions.
According to previous threads regarding wrongly purchased licenses, they usually respond quite fast there.

I will try it. I have also contacted FastSpring who are in charge of the payments but, they told me that they do not deal with such issues,

Just to document what happened:

They did respond to me after 3 days from the refunds department, cancelled my order and offered a 50% discount coupon so that I can purchase the crossgrade again at the price of the sale.

There was considerable delay (two weeks) but, they treated me fairly and the ending was happy.
