Greetings, my problem is that the system didn’t accept the license I received in my interface documentation. It gives an error saying the license has already been used. Steinberg provided me with a new license, but it still gives the same error. Could someone guide me in obtaining a valid license for my purchased product? Thank you
Greetings. Regarding the problem I described in the previous message, could someone help me contact Stromberg so they can give me a valid code number for my Basic FX Suite? I purchased the UR 22C interface in November, but apparently the code they gave me in the documentation had already been used. I suppose Steinberg should be responsible for this error. But I’ve been trying to contact them all these months, but I can’t find a way to fix it. I greatly appreciate the response.
