License Reactivation

Same re-activation problems, submitted a ticket, and waiting and waiting and waiting…

Can you elaborate what is happening?

i keep getting “the activation code has been used already” every time i try to install CB AI i have noticed i have 2 accounts, one for CB 8 and one for the UR22MK2 either way neither accounts can activate the software,

You need to reactivate.

i tried several times… still nothing!

You did this from inside your my steinberg account? Search for reactivate at the support site to see detailed explanation.

yes inside my steinberg, i do know how to reactivate but i get the same answers!

You probably want to edit the activation codes and eLicenser numbers out.

no matter what i do, what i re-register or what i re-activate i still get the same reply, This eLicenser number has already been registered by another user. arrrrgggghhhhhhh!!!

I thought i deleted these images??? are my serials still visible?
