I purchased a yahmaha mg16xu and received a download code for Cubase AI 8. I downloaded onto a computer that did not have enough memory to run properly. Now I have purchased a more sutable computer but won’t allow me to use the activation code twice. Please help. I need to swap the software to my new computer.
If you registered the software on your “MySteinberg” account you should be able to request another activation code there.
