Linking Multiple VST Instances to a single Expression Map

Hello,

I am wondering if there is a way to have multiple VST instances linked to a single expression map? A big culprit is the Play engine, which only allows up to 16 midi channels per instance, with not an equal number of stereo outputs. May using something like LoopB30 or transmidifier would be capable of this?

Im attempting to see if I can load multiple instruments into Vienna Ensemble pro, and then have those route to multiple expression maps. I am trying to condense my track count as much as possible.
