Dear friends, how can I link a single-player view and the full score (gallery view & side view), so that I found quick f.e. bar 35 in flow 5 of an orchestral work? Thanks!
select a note and pressing “w” brings you to the score and back
You can use the Jump bar to jump specific bars in specific flows
Thank you very much! It do not work how I intent. When I select a note and press “w”, I get to the entire score, but not to the specific position of the note in the score. Wat I want is to mark f.e. a note in bar 3 in flow 6, single player score flute, than, pressing a keycommand, I navigate to the activated not of the same flute in the full score, bar 3 in flow 6.

This works for me. Write or Engrave mode, select the measure you want, then press W. It takes you directly to that measure in the score. Works in the other direction as well, and on individual notes. If you’re looking to have two windows, one score and one part, link up that way, that works for me as well. Now it doesn’t “take” you there, but it does highlight the notes on both windows.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work for me. When I select a measure in Write or Engrave mode and press “W”, the selected note is centered in the middle of the window, but it doesn’t appear in the full score.
That’s odd. Perhaps reboot and try again. Rebooting cures a lot of issues.
Also… are you pressing “w” or “shift-w”? Maybe you have assigned that as a shortcut key.
