A follow up to my earlier post- the VST3 versions of the Slate plugs appear to be the issue for me.
After installing the new VCC 2.0 in VST3 only, it would crash C8, however, after reinstalling and adding the VST2 version, it now works… Slate seems to be the only VST3 plugs that are an issue for me at the moment
Did you get the NI plugs open again on C8 without crashing?
I think most of those work fine with my setup.
Slate Virtual Mix Rack has just been updated a few days ago.
The Native instruments stuff i’d have to check.
PSP and Eventide I don’t have.
just to be sure: In your setup, everything works fine until you close Cubase. So you have shutdown crashes?
I have those on many projects, I don’t really care about them because It works when it matters…
Still, it shouldn’t happen.
