Little feature request: fingering with left/right hand specification

Sometimes it is useful to have a m.s. or m.d. to indicate the hand by a fingering. At the moment this is only possible with a workaround. Here an example:

I believe you can achieve this using the MusAnalysis font. Ask @dan_kreider

Sort of. The “md” can’t be stacked without a little trickery.

I find the whole of MusAnalysis to be pure wizardry, nothing so base as trickery!
