Livespectrogram measures the whole range in half the visual space

Hi there,

New to the forum and to Wavelab (three months into it from a long time using-Reaper-for–nearly–everything).

In general, I am liking Wavelab quite a lot for mastering tasks.

However, here and there I find things that do not completely work in a buggy kind of way. I was reluctant to write about them in the beginning, but since it seems that I am going to continue giving Wavelab a go in the next months, I decided to drop a line in here.

One of such potential misbehaviors is when using the Live Spectrogram and trying to monitor a frequency hovering over with the mouse. In my user experience, the range is correct (SR/2 to 0 Hz, left to right when vertical, that is also kind of awkward, by the way), but it stops measuring (stays at the minimum frequency) when approximately reaching half the spectrogram image. It is really easy to see in the attached video-screenshot.

[I am on a M4 Mac Book Pro. In the example, I am playing a 48 Hhz file]

Any comments on this will be welcome. Thanks in advance,

Anxe

Yes, I can reproduce, but only on an HDPI screen. Since the vertical scroll mode is not the default one, it was never much tested.

Thanks for the confirmation.

Just for the record, in horizontal scroll mode the behavior is exactly the same.
