Lo fi piano activation code

I clicked the link to get my activation code for the free lo fi piano but no activation code has been email to me email , I have clicked the link 3 or 4 times now and still no email with the code I have also checked my spam.

Any advise ?

I found it in MySteinberg account

I have the same issue. No email received. I have changed to a second email address in my account and I do receive promotion emails for other Steinberg products + activation code for Halion Sonic SE 3 (which I already have) but no activation code related to LoFi Piano. I have opened a ticked, but no response from Steinberg.
