Is it possible to do this ? I installed C6.5 but chose not to include the plug-ins eg padshop, groove agent, Halion etc etc. Can I install them now without having to uninstall C6.5 and start over again ? If so, what route would I take ?

When you run the installation, you should get options to install certain parts and leave others untouched. If somehow a reinstallation is necessary anyway, just backup all your preferences before doing so, and put them back before starting Cubase again.
