Loading Kontakt instances into Cubase 14's Drum Machine

I’ve played around with the new Drum Machine in Cubase 14, and one feature I would really like is the ability to load other VSTs within each pad, specifically Kontakt. There are a few percussion instruments I’d like to trigger but are only in NKI format, and I don’t want to have to bounce samples. I’m currently using Ableton’s drum rack to accomplish this:

But I’d much prefer to work in Cubase because of their Score Editor and Video track capabilities.

I would imagine something like this:

Now imagine stacking instances and routing the output to return tracks (per pad) for further processing This would be cool.

It has been my dream to have such Drum Machine as Cubase do - can synthesize Kicks and other instruments inside drum instument connected to drum sequencer. But yes, this functionality, that I could sometimes load my Kick 2 and Handclap studio VST-s to these slots, would be another level of flexibility!
