Locator problem in MIDI Editor?

Hi,

is it just me, or can I really not locate to the area where the clip name covers the ruler?
I’ve attached a GIF that explains what I’m trying to do.

The part name and border is dragable, so the choices are, click on the ruler and drag the cursor over that spot, or deactivate Show Part Borders.
