Lofi piano won’t play after I’ve installed it in cubasis

No idea why I can’t play Lofi piano in cubasis 3.6 . Any ideas ?

Do you use Cubasis for iOS or Android.
Could you please send us a short clip which shows the steps leading to the issue?

Well all I get is init preset Lofi piano and when I click it nothing happens . I’m on iOS 15.6 . I haven’t updated a) because I have no space and b) . All my software works and I don’t want to loose any if I update . Many thanks

It reads midi notes ….plays the keys on the piano role and the keyboard inside cubasis but NO AUDIO comes out :man_shrugging:t4: I’ve a video but can’t upload it :man_shrugging:t4:

Is it possible that the MIDI track has been muted, or the volume of your device’s speaker is lowered?

Please give the following steps a try:

  • Shut down all running apps, including Cubasis.
  • Fully shut down your mobile device (turn it off).
  • Restart your device and launch Cubasis with an empty project
  • Create a MIDI track and assign it to LoFi Piano

Does this helps resolving the problem?
