This is a screenshot of an LE Preset from Cubase 11. Notice that the Function is set to Insert so that it duplicates the Note an octave up.
This is the same Preset in Cubase 12 which was migrated over during installation. Notice that now instead of being set to Insert it shows Transform. However this seems to only be a cosmetic issue, the Preset still behaves as if it were set to Insert and duplicates the Note rather than just changing its pitch.
