yeah, but I don’t want to freeze notes, I want Riffer/Cubase to take a set of notes and do something new with them, like: Keep the rhythm and note length and number of notes and find new pitches within the scale. Or vice versa
I think a better way of stating it is that @matz67 wants to reorder a monophonic melody. Randomly reorder, but just reorder. Not randomize. It’s a cool idea.
