Logical midi editor "set random values" + transpose to scale

Hello,
on this tutorial from greg ondo at the 4 mins, he’s abble to enter not in the “set random values”
I’m trying to reproduced it, but I only can enter values without a letter. This value is from 1 to 127…
So I can’t decide pricesly the rang of my random note.

Sounds like the Filter Target section has not been filled in with parameters maybe?

But in this tutorial I don’t see any action on “filter target”
