"Login failed due to a time difference"

Hi all, I’m trying to install 5.1 and got this error message, which I’ve never seen before: “Login failed due to a time difference… Please synchronize your computer with the server and try again.” The error message is presented by the Download Assistant.

I’m running Windows 10. Any suggestions? I can turn on time synchronization with Microsoft’s server (which is currently switched off), but obviously Windows doesn’t come with a feature to synchronize with Steinberg.

I think probably turning on time synchronization in Windows is all you need to do. You can probably disable it again later if you need to, once you’ve successfully logged in.
