I’m sorry if this is an old issue, but I am struggling a bit and am looking for help from mods.
Basically, I cannot login to the forums or to Steinberg support as both are registered to my old email address that I haven’t been using for a long while.
I have created this new forum account so that I could PM one of the mods who has dealt with similar issues in the past but, apparently, because I am “new” I don’t yet have privileges to send PM’s yet.
I need to get this resolved as I am struggling to get 64-bit updates to all of my registered Steinberg software.
