After submitting a “support ticket” about an upgrade license purchase, I received an e-mail telling me the ticket had been successfully created. They also provided me a link to check the ticket status.
When I tried to access that link I ended up in a page asking me for e-mail address and password to “Login to the support portal” (which had not been necessary when I submitted the ticket). I tried with my Steinberg ID credentials and also with the Steinberg Shop ones, but none worked.
So I thought that maybe a new, specific account was needed and I searched the page for a way to “register”, “create a support account” or something like that, but found nothing.
Anyone knowing how the support portal can be accessed?
