Long delivery time | around a month

Hi , back in July steinberg had the 40% off deal on ’ buy artist get 10.5 pro’
Which i purchased .
Steinberg sent me my activation code and shipped the Usb licsense key to me more than a month ago
Last update was on july 28th stating that :

The shipment will be transported to the destination country/destination area and, from there, handed over to the delivery organization. (Homepage / online shipment tracking:
Almost a month im sorry , that i did not receive that key…
My Cubase Al trial been expired … do you think it got losts on its way? Or Covid delays? Frasturaring.
BTW , it never left Frankfurt

This is a Steinberg Cubase user forum, not the DHL logistics support center. Since you seem to have some tracking info - contact them - quite probably it got lost somewhere

It seems like as soon as i hit investigion button it soon tirns to german which i dont understand.
