Looking for a simple PB/MW controller

I am about to buy a new midi piano keyboard (Kawai VPC1), but it understandably lacks PB/Mod wheels. I’ve tried to find a simple PB/MW controller, to no avail. A ribbon controller might work, but I would like at least one wheel sprung to center.

Have you come across a simple PB/MW controller with no keys, buttons, bells and whistles?
