Looking for support regarding malfunctioning elicenser dongle...

My elicenser dongle has suddenly stopped working,
I am unable to find the email support address to help me with this issue,
I am not sure that this is the right place to ask about this but any help would be appreciated,

If you doesn’t have a spare dongle you could try out, just to be sure that it’s broken, I would try this…

… re-install your eLicenser again, just to be sure it’s not the driver. Un-install your current driver as you normally would do, and then check this out:

Then download the latest driver from here:

…install it. Try if it works.

there is a form, where you can contact them. If you still has the dongle, there might be something steiny can do for you.
