Is it possible to change the tempo of a loop without going into the event editor?

If you hit CTRL+P to go to the pool, now you will see a little menu at the top that says “view/attributes” hit that, and make sure that “musical mode and tempo” are both checked, now find your imported loop in the pool list and make sure to type in the original BPM for the loop (if it isn’t already) and now just click the box under musical mode beside your selected loop and it will stretch to the BPM of the track.

Also, is it possible to make global tempo changes on a track containing C7 preset events that are drum loops? I can’t seem to make that happen.
