During this quarantine of 2020 i spent a lot of time remote desktoping into my studio pc from home.
There’s always a cumbersome workaround to get (ASIO) audio from a DAW into windows audio.
I was hoping for the UR-C series to solve all those issues & while it does allow recording if you are a streamer or want to record some videos.
It did not work at all for remote desktoping into my studio.
It creates a seperate virtual mix in the ‘recording’ section of windows, which with a few settings i can set in windows to ‘listen’ to that channel through any soundcard on board.
It however just sends a totally feedback looped signal if i go that route.
Would love to see some of these functions take into consideration people that want to remote desktop into their studio’s with an easy solution.
