Loopcloud drum audio doesn't sound the same when I drag it into Cubase

Hi All,
Learning the latest version of Loopcloud drum. I create a great beat, but when I press the Audio button to Export, and then drag it into Cubase 11, some of the beats are correct, but others aren’t. Very frustrating. Anyone run into this and know how to fix?

Update: just figured out that you have to click on “copy” to make your beat appear across the A,B,C, etc. Then it will record to a wav file.
BUT, when I try this again for the next beat, the wav file is empty.
I’ve tried various ways to save, but to no effect. The wav file is always a blank line.
Super frustrating.
