Looping a part and editing it

Hi
In Cubase, whenever I need to copy/paste a part, I usually just mark it and press CTRL+D.
But this creates separate “instances” for every pasted part.

How can I repeat/loop a midi part, so that when I change it, all repeats of it change accordingly?

Press Ctrl+K and tick the Shared Copies checkbox.

Or if you duplicate your parts by clicking and dragging the right edge of the part (new in C 8.5), you can create shared copies if you hold down Shift while doing that.
