Lost Neo Soul Keys on upgrade to Cubase 7.5

NSK loads but no longer passes signal after upgrading to Cubase 7.5.

There’s a warning about “missing audio files - please check installation” - OK, but there’s nothing in the manual about this. What to do? Can I re-install NSK? I don’t have the original image anymore.
