it seems, that I’ve lost my original USB-eLicenser, which contained several licenses from Wavelab 11 to Spectralayers Pro 7.
Now, I’ve already opened a support ticket and also attached the required signed document, but no one has followed up on it yet. I’ve purchased a new eLicenser as well.
How long does it generally take for anybody from Steinberg to respond to this? It’s been 4 Days now, which kind of sucks. 
BTW, is it still possible to register Nuendo 12 on the hardware dongle? I couldn’t figure it out yet.

No, beginning with release 12 it uses the new Steinberg licensing.

Oh, okay… so it’s pretty useless, that I purchased the new dongle just to acivate the Video Decoder for Avid DNxHD? Bummer! I thought we might choose how to register, but thanks for letting me know!
Support sorted it out! I’m up and running now. It took 5 days, which is okay with me. I just got a little impatient, I guess.
