Low volume on cubase 12

When I load bbc symphony free version on cubase 12 the volume of the tracks is very low. I tried tweaking the vol in the inspector panel, increased mixer db, but volume is still low. When I load it on reaper the volume is fine without any need for tweaking. Are there some other adjustments I can make in Cubase 12 to increase the volume of the instrument tracks. It’s not not just bbc symphony that does this.

Sorry if you already do this but have you got modulation at the lowest position? This is used for expression and there is a huge difference in volume from the lowest to highest setting.

ok i maxed out both c1 and c11 and no change in volume
