Low volume sound on Steinberg UR22 C

Hi everyone,

We have recently bought UR22 C and use it on Abletone, but the volume is too low

What might it be?

You mean too low in recording, playback, or both? If you’re using mics, make sure you’re not trying to use them on line-level jacks.
