Hello, I work as an engraver with Dorico. A client sent me this file created in Sibelius, and wants the same look: each Spanish verse with a number, and then all the English verses with their own duplicated numbers. I have tried a lot of things, but this seems impossible in Dorico. What workaround ideas do you have?

You could just enter them as lyrics. Either as a lyric on the rest (so enter a note, add lyrics accordingly, then delete the note) or as part of the lyrics using hard spaces, then align them accordingly. I usually select the lyric, then open (with the Jump Bar) Edit Single Lyric and add the verse numbers there.
I don’t think « Accross » is correct, there should be only one C. Sorry for that OT
