I’m demoing Dorico Elements on a Mac running 10.14.4
I have only 2 of my 50 or so plugins appearing in Play mode.
How do I rescan? …as clearly the initial scan went wrong.

It’s much more likely that the bulk of your VSTs are VST2 rather than VST3. Steinberg are trying to phase out the use of VST2 plugins, so if you want to use them within a Dorico you’ll need to manually whitelist them.
