Hello, it looks to me, as if you have saved example 01 to a different folder (onto your computer’s HD and not to the iCloud folder).
Yes, this what one would suggest to see here.
If you search outside your iCloud - you have saved that file (01) to a different location. Try to follow the path in your first photo: have a look into your Documents folder.
Basically, you’ve now got two copies of the file in two different locations:
/Users/bruker/Documents/
and
/iCloud Drive/Dorico/
You need to compare which document is the latest one, and then decide where you want to put it.
