Macbook Pro M3 demanding Rosetta on Steinberg Download Assistant Installation

Hi,

Trying to install Steinberg download Assistant onto an M3 Macbook - it keeps on coming up with a message saying I need Rosetta.

I’m assuming that Download assisatant can’t yet work with an M3? Or something else?

Yes, the Steinber Download Assistant and the Steinberg Library Manager are still Intel only.

Just click OK. Rosetta 2 is a much simpler deal this time round, and there’s no reason not to install it.
