Mackie Control Note Mapping

Does anyone have a chart for Mackie Control MIDI note mapping assignments in Cubase?
Example:

Item MIDI “note” MIDI “note” Number
Level Meters E 3 52
Time Format F 3 53
Enter F# 3 54

I’m trying to make a Lemur template for cubase and I’m looking to combine Mackie control with MIDI CC assignments, but can’t find the Mackie assignments for Cubase.
